Lost Profits: We are not responsible for any financial loss resulting from a scheduled cleaning being delayed or rescheduled due to unforeseen circumstances (e.g., weather or vehicle breakdown).

3. Chemical & Allergen Sensitivity
Chrysolite Chariots and Cleaning services uses standard cleaning industry products. While we offer eco-friendly options upon request, it is the client’s responsibility to notify us of any known allergies or sensitivities to specific chemicals or scents prior to the commencement of service. We are not liable for allergic reactions to standard cleaning agents.

4. Personal Property & Valuables
We advise all clients to secure highly valuable items (e.g., jewelry, cash, small heirlooms) prior to our arrival. While our staff is vetted and insured, Chrysolite Chariots and Cleaning Services limits its liability for the loss of unsecured valuables to the maximum amount covered by our bonding and insurance policy.

Terms of Service (ToS)

By booking a service with Chrysolite Chariots and Cleaning Services ("we," "us," or "our"), you ("Client," "you") agree to the following terms and conditions. Please read them carefully.

1. Scope of Service
We agree to provide professional cleaning services as described in your booking confirmation.
Estimates: Quotes provided are based on the information you provide. If the condition of the property is significantly different than described, we reserve the right to adjust the price or the scope of work.
Exclusions: For safety and insurance reasons, our cleaners do not move heavy furniture (over 25 lbs), clean biohazardous materials (mold, animal waste), or reach heights beyond a two-step ladder.

2. Access and Safety
Property Access: You must provide a reliable way for our team to enter the property (e.g., key, code, or being present). If we cannot enter at the scheduled time, a lockout fee may apply.
Utilities: You agree to provide running water, electricity, and a climate-controlled environment (65–75∘F or 18–24∘ C).
Safety: For the safety of our staff, please ensure pets are secured and that any aggressive behavior or hazards are disclosed upfront.

3. Payments and Billing
Payment Terms: Payment is due [upon completion / 24 hours before service]. We accept [Credit Cards/Bank Transfers/Checks].
Late Fees: Payments not received within 30 days of the invoice date may be subject to a late fee of 15%.

4. Cancellation and Rescheduling
We value our cleaners' time. If you need to cancel or reschedule:
24+ Hours Notice: No fee.
Less than 24 Hours Notice: A cancellation fee of 50% of service cost will be charged.
Same-Day Cancellation/Lockout: The full service fee may be charged.

5. Satisfaction Guarantee
While we do not offer refunds, we want you to love your clean.
If you are unsatisfied with a specific area, notify us within 24 hours.
We will return to "re-clean" the area of concern at no additional cost to you.

6. Liability and Insurance
Breakage/Damage: We are bonded and insured. In the event of accidental damage caused by our staff, we will file a claim or provide a repair/replacement. Damage must be reported within 24 hours of service.
Limitation of Liability: We are not responsible for damage caused by improper installation of fixtures, pre-existing wear and tear, or unstable furniture/items.

7. Non-Solicitation
Our employees are our greatest asset. You agree not to independently hire or "poach" any Chrysolite Chariots and Cleaning Services staff member for private services for a period of [12 months] following your last service. A referral fee of $350 applies if this clause is breached.
